This 1956 vintage Simplicity 1506 sewing pattern is for an hourglass shaped dress and a short jacket. The dress has a deep v neckline and  inverted pleats at lower front and back edges. There are options for braid trim and short or 3/4 length sleeves. The lined, cropped jacket has a small collar and buttons up the front.
